Seen painted on the side of a building in Chico, CA

I was in downtown Chico yesterday afternoon with some friends, and I came across a life-sized painting of The Beatles crossing Abbey Road on the side of a seemingly vacant building. I don't know if it was sanctioned by the previous business tenant, or if it's someone's elaborate graffiti. Either way, it's really cool. I had to take a picture of it with my cell phone.
