Diane Keaton looks great in magazine pics and so forth. She looks great. I did see her in an interview where the lighting did not make her look good at all. However, I love a woman who can show us her wrinkles, talking abt covering the gray, all the things that all of us will eventually deal with. I would rather see a real lady like Diane Keaton rather than all those fakes and phonies who have just tore up their faces with plastic surgery. Faces like Goldie Hawn, Suzanne Somers, Priscilla Presley, Melanie Griffith, etc. are just horrific.

Diane went on Oprah and said she would like to go out authentic so I don't think she had work done. But then again, this was last year so I don't know.

Geez, she is 61, but I think she looks great, too!! She's one of my favorite actresses and the fact that she's still very active in movies in an industry where youth pretty much rules is awesome in my book!

That infamous cat lady, who wants to resemble a panther or lion or whatever she is trying to accomplish. That lady was very pretty PRIOR to that horrific surgery. She gives plastic surgery a bad name. And to think, a doctor APPROVED THAT SURGERY!

I know eh?!!! Plastic surgeons like that should have their licenses revoked. It's sickening! There's also that one who wants to look exactly like Barbie. She just looks plastic now. It's that body dismorphic thing sadly.

I think Diane Keaton had some work done on her hands though. Remember a couple of years ago when she was at the Oscars, she was wearing gloves on her hands for a couple of months. It didn't look "right". Who wears leather gloves in Southern California at a highly visible formal affair unless you have to. She probably had some sort of dermabrasion done to remove age spots.

That's probably the same doctor who approved Michael Jackson's 1024 surgeries.

I too give kudos to Diane Keaton for not going under the knife and aging naturally. She looks a million times better than Goldie, Suzanne, Farrah and the other aging actresses in Hollywood who can't smile without tearing a rotator cuff.

Diane Keaton looks every bit her age, and I'm not saying that's a bad thing. If I was her though, I'd get some work done, as long as she finds the right plastic surgeon and she doesn't get carried away with it. Many older women look fantastic and natural looking after having plastic surgery. That face cream commercial that Diane Keaton has airing now...talk about a soft focus lens. Of course that's not as bad as the old Liz Taylor perfume ads. I swear they put vaseline on the camera lens, lol.

Some women are just lucky and have great genes. My husband's mother is 85 and could pass for 65. When she was 65, she could pass for 50. Living healthy helps too. She's never smoked, drank or sunbathed.

I know what you are saying Janice. Good skin and a healthy lifestyle is the first thing to keeping one's skin looking good and feeling great. I don't smoke, I only socially drink and when it comes to the sun, I make sure my face is covered with sunscreen or some protection. Seeing many women in California who tan themselves to death only brings on eventually that tanned leathery appearance and aged skin, especially on the face.

Everyone thought how beautiful Farrah was back in the days...HA! look at what all that sun did to her! HORRIBLE. Jaclyn Smith has always been protective of her skin and she looks BEAUTIFUL. Who would've thought the "supposed most beautiful Charlie's Angel" would end up looking like sh*t?

That's true. My husband's and his ex-wife lived in a house on the beach. She just about baked in the sun, putting on baby oil and cocoa butter. He told me that he used to warn her all the time that she was going to get skin cancer. They split in 1982, she moved to Texas and remarried.

Well, his premonition was right, about four years ago, she was diagnosed with malignant melanoma, stage IV. She died three years ago, at age 56. The sun is your enemy, without protection.

OMG how horrible. Yet, so sad she didn't heed the warnings. When someone dies because of something they could have prevented, it seems like such a waste of a life. You might as well have committed suicide.
