EWWWWWWWWWW. That is scary!!!!! I remember watching one of those hospital documentaries on television and this woman had a pain in her ear and lo and behold it was a cockroach causing her pain. YUCK!!!!!!!!
This is the kind of stuff I like to read about right before I turn off the lights and go to bed...

oh my god, he's KEEPING the damn things? creepy. he's a nine-year-old boy, albeit.
not as bad as an article i read on snopes though about a kid who had a live larva/worm removed from his eye socket after an egg had gotten in there.

O.k. that does creep me out......considering my older brother got worms as a kid. Mom found him eating the gravel on the driveway. (no kiddin') Just hope he leaves the cats' litterbox alone.....
