Superman, starring Christopher Reeves and company.
Batman, starring Michael Keaton and company (counting replacements).
X-Men, starring Hugh Jackman and company.
Spider-Man, starring Tobey Maguire and company.
The new Superman and Batman movies aren't part of this because I consider them first movies in a new franchise.
I'm going with the Spider-Man franchise. Though as a kid, I LOVED the Batman films. "Batman Forever" and "Batman & Robin" sucked in my opinion and ruined the franchise, which is what gives Spider-Man the edge. I've never gotten into the Superman movies that much and I liked the X-Men movies, but they're not favorites of mine. I enjoy the two X-Men cartoons more than the movies.
