My late grandma was like a cross between Endora and Marie Barone. I agree that Aunt Clara would've made a wonderful grandmother. She was such a sweetie!!

I also loved Mother Winslow on Family Matters. She too was a sweetie but was tough. I loved it when she beat up on some crook who was trying to pull a fast one on Carl. Didn't she also play a pool game to bail Carl out of a jam?
