Blake - One of his better performances IMO. It's a really good vocal and a good performance.

Phil - He better hope Haley screws up big time, because that was just...blah. Not bad, but forgettable, and just...middle-of-the-road. He's in big trouble tomorrow, IMO.

Melinda - Sounded exactly the same as usual. I wish the judges would stop over-pimping her. It was good, but she's going to need to do something that's not exactly the same to convince me she can be a sucessful winner.

The show feels really, really weird tonight. They're flying through the performances.

Chris R - Very good. A refreshing step up from last week's trainwreck. I liked it. (yes, I downloaded his performance last week).

Jordin - Good. Not her best, but good. I liked it a lot. I liked her last week, but I can admit this was miles better.

Standards Night '07 is going pretty well so far, I must say. It's not as horribly boring as the other 3 nights were (YES I DOWNLOADED LAST WEEK'S EPISODE).

Gina - First of all, THANK YOU GINA for telling Simon just because some people are good doesn't mean everyone else has to suck. Oh, and I liked this, she took a risk and pulled it off.

Sanjaya - LMAO he's not even a contestant anymore, he's like...the resident comedian/entertainer. LOL "WELCOME TO THE UNIVERSE OF SANJAYA!".

Haley - Lower register...no. It wasn't bad overall. The judges were really rude *-* WTF?


LaKisha - I actually liked this, although what I said for Melinda also applies to her.

tonight was pretty good overall. right now i see a Haley, Gina, and Phil bottom 3 with Phil gone. i thought Phil was the worst tonight (not including Sanjaya), so i think he should leave, anyway.

Watching the show right now. :) So far...

1. Blake - Pretty good performance. I always thought he had that jazzy sound to his voice. He pulled it off pretty well.

2. Phil - LOL, the judges' comments made me laugh. It wasn't that bad, but it was a little...odd.

3. Melinda - Excellent job! I think this is amongst my top two or three favorite performances from her.

Anyway, I was extremely sad and disappointed with the results tonight. As most of you know, I'm a huge Gina fan. She gave an amazing performance on Tuesday night and simply put, it wasn't her time to go. I'll miss her. :crying: All my votes are going to Chris from now on.

Is it just a coincidence that they've gone boy-girl-boy-girl so far when voting contestants off or are they really going that route? Gina and Stephanie both should have outlasted more of the guys. Right now, Phil is the only guy left that I like.
