BEST and WORST TV shows based on movies??

I would probably put M*A*S*H and Buffy in the category of best, as they took the premises of the movies and expanded them in creative ways. Both shows enjoyed long runs.

Worst? There are too many to count, but I would say My Big Fat Greek Life. LOVED the movie, hated the show. Apparently many other people did, too.

Best: What's Happening!! Based on "Cooley High"

Worse: Uncle Buck (the movie was good, but the short lived sitcom sucked)

My Big Fat Greek Life was a good show and is in my top 100. It's too bad it didn't last longer.
