On last nights show Catalina went to some pretty hilarious lengths to make
Randy not fall in love with her, then at the very end she changed her mind.
Did anyone else get a good laugh out of this? I thought the long fake underarm hair was really funny.

I may be the only one, but to be honest, the Randy-Catalina thing creeps me out.
I love both characters, but the idea of them together doesn't work for me.
I know we're in the era (or perhaps at the end of the era) of the ugly comedian-gorgeous wife thing, and perhaps Randy-Catalina was meant to spoof that. But sheesh, this goes too far.
Randy is too child-like in mind to have a serious relationship.
And in a show that's supposed to have some level of morals, Catalina taking Joy of all people's advice and screwing a guy she doesn't have feelings for only to get him to leave her alone has some seriously bad implications.
Further, it also sends a few other bad messages. First, Randy fell for Catalina only because of her looks and mistook that for love. Second, he falls out of love with her because on one occasion she stinks? This underlines his childishness. If he really loved her he'd send her into the shower and that'd be it. And then on Catalina's end, she winds up falling for Randy because unbelievably, that was the best sex she's ever had.
I think there's a few karma issues in that scenario.
