I love this album to death. Babyface and LA Reid used to be with The Deele. For those who don't know who LA Reid is, he used to be married to singer Pebbles who had the hit song Mercedes Boy. He also started a record company with Babyface called LaFace. Now he's the president of Def Jam records. The Deele's Street Beat album is their first album and it's a classic to me. My favorite songs on the album is Body Talk, Just My Luck, Sexy Love, Street Beat, Video Villain, Crazy About Cha(classic love song), Working 9 To 5. They did 2 more albums called Material Thangz and Eyes Of A Stranger. Material Thangz album has the classic love songs I'll Send You Roses and Sweet November. Eyes Of A Stranger album has the classic love songs Shoot Em Up Movies and Two Occasions. It's a shame the group broke up after Eyes Of A Stranger because i would've loved to have heard more albums from them. Babyface went solo after that album and of course as ya'll know, he became very successful as a artist and producer.
