We had thread not long ago about how bad sodas are for you. I was wondering if the same was true for sugar free flavored water?
I don't drink a lot of soda, but I drink a lot of flavored water, I know it has artificial flavorings and stuff, but does anyone know how good or bad it is for you compared to normal water?
