Dunkin Donuts WEIRD way of putting cream cheese on your bagel

My advice to anyone who wants cream cheese on their bagel from dunkin donut is to ask for the cream on the side because they act like they are putting ICY ON A CAKE when they put cream cheese on your bagel. Here is my question, why don;t they use a KNIFE?-lol
