TV Land Board Manager explains why the Mash Marathon was aired all week

He stated that the contract for Mash only allowed TV LAND to air the show between 8pm and 8am which is why they could not do the Typical 48 Hour Weekend Thon that they do for new Shows they acquire the rights for. So I guess that makes sense-lol

But no one mentioned in the Mash Thread, it's like no one knew why and that's why I went to the T land Board-lol

They also have rights to some other shows for 12 hours only (Star Trek 8pm-8am, Little House 7pm-7am). The reason is another channel has daytime rights for those. Nick@Nite has a few of these too (Full House, Roseanne).
