We now return to the 2006 Hawkeye Awards already in progress.
Let’s here it for the “Deal Or No Deal” models for their musical salute to little metal suitcases!
Welcome back to the 2006 Hawkeye Awards, where the awards are fake but the love is real.
As most of you know, I really really hate movies.
Every time I see a bus ad for the next romantic comedy starring Owen Wilson and whatever hot co-star he boinked while filming, a piece of me dies inside.
But there is one thing about movies I like.
Special effects.
Those amazing men and women can create entire worlds with a simple click of a mouse.
They can make a superhero fly or a farm animal talk. True geniuses that continue to delight and enthrall filmgoers.
The award for OUTSTANDING VISUAL EFFECTS goes to:

The Suri Cruise Baby Project!
A monumental achievement nine months in the making, An elite team worked day and night to pull off this amazing feat; from the latex people who gave Katie her baby bumps and weight gain to the CG masters utilizing high tech motion capture technology to create an almost lifelike baby with just the right Tom Cruise twinkle in her eye!
But these hard working men and women aren’t done yet!
We look forward to see how these remarkable effects wizards will follow Baby Suri through her “life.”
The 2006 Hawkeye Awards will be back with Leslie Neilson, Calista Flockhart, The cast of "High School Musical," plus a sneak peek at the Sitcoms Online exclusive "Gimme A Break: The Movie" starring Halle Berry and Kiefer Sutherland!
Stay tuned...
