Thursday night on TV I saw the Honeymooners episode "Trapped". In the first scene they show Ralph and Norton playing pool. Does anyone on this message board know how many other episodes show them playing pool. Also, was Art Carney's character considered to be a good pool player?

I know "The Bensonhurst Bomber" he & Ralph play pool. How can you forget "I have a friend Shirley that's bigger than you!" :) There's also "Opportunity Knocks But" when thier teaching Ralph's boss how to play. *though I don't remember Norton doing anything but holding a que*
There's a few on the Lost Episode Collections but I just got them so I have to go back & see the names of them. I'm sure someone will name them before I get my lazy self up to go look .
Well, of the "Classic 39," there was the first scene of "The Bensonhurst Bomber."

Thanks for your input everyone but do you know if Norton was considered a good pool player?

There's a lot of episodes in which Ralph & Norton are seen playing pool, so it's difficult for me to give you an exact number. As for Norton being a good pool player, it varies from episode to episode, but at the end of the day, I'd say they were both just average pool players that acted like they were better than they really were.
