Peter is with The Automobile Association of America's magazine Car & Travel. I believe he is the editor. Perhaps if you try the link I have enclosed you might be able to contact him.

Yep. He's the executive editor. Click the "contact us" page, and you'll see his name. I wonder if he books trips to Fred's Landing. I hear it's nice this time of year.

That's great, I have been trying to find him as well. How about Bob Columbe? Any info on him?

I'm sure if you are able to get in touch with Crescenti, he can direct you to Columbe.

I just got off the phone with Peter. He's a real nice guy. He seems very busy at work, but he spent a several minutes with me. I was looking for advice on the RALPH type of group Ralph & I are starting. We are having a convention in Miami on June 23rd-24th this year. We are working on an event page right now. Peter told me that he was checking out my page a few days ago. He said his daughter was talking about the show and came across my dedication page. How cool huh? He said that his buddy Bob even checked it out. Of course I apologized for stealing his Mooner pic from his comic book, but I just had to. I explained how my Pop & I are going to get a tattoo of this and start our own army. I asked him why he decided to stop the group. He said they didn't expect the whole thing to get so big so fast. They weren't totally prepared. He said it was mainly the timing. At the time the show wasn't playing on TV and the fans were starving for it. It was convenient to get the thing rolling and he only had to deal with Jackie and his secretary. He said that the lost episodes were found and the show was back on the air. They felt like they accomplished what they set out to do. He said things were easier back then, without the net being so big and copyright issues weren't too bad. He said that there are three people involved with the rights today, so it is a little complicated. Marilyn and Jackie’s two daughters from a previous marriage own the rights. I asked him if he would attend or get involved. He said he has something planned in June in Texas, but didn't know for sure yet. He said he would get on my page in a few days and check things out, the same with Bob Columbe. He asked me how I found him and I told him it was from a message board. I plan on trying to add a link to this site on my page. Who knows, maybe he will pay us a visit. I will probably start a blog with his name, just in case he decides to participate. He said he doesn’t go there often, just to look at the Honeymooners pages once in a while.
