On a scale of 1-10, how would you rate each year of TV Land's programming since it came on in 1996? And, how would you rate the past 12 months, month by month?

Mine:

1996: 4/10
1997: 5/10
1998: 7/10
1999: 6/10
2000: 7/10
2001: 10/10
2002: 10/10 [BEST YEAR]
2003: 10/10
2004: 8/10
2005: 5/10

This year:

January: 4/10
February: 4/10
March: 5/10
April: 5/10
May: 8/10
June: 8/10
July: 8/10
August: 5/10
September: 2/10
October: 2/10
November: 4/10
December: 9/10 (after the recent changes over the past couple of weeks)

Well I can't remember every year specifically but my favorite time was the summer of 2003 when they had multiple airings of "Bewitched," "I Dream of Jeannie," "I Love Lucy," etc and morning airings of "Get Smart," "Mary Tyler Moore," "Bob Newhart," and "Dick Van Dyke."

I remember 1998-ish being quite good with "Family Affair," "My Three Sons," "Rhoda," "Petticoat Junction," "That Girl," etc

As for recently, I do like the shift back to older shows and I like "M*A*S*H*" coming but I still wish there was more variety with the shows

The last 12 months:

GARBAGE, STUPID-ASSININE DECISIONS, TERRIBLE SCHEDULING, AND NOT GIVING "NEW" SHOWS THEIR DUE.

Well from 2000-2002 it was NICE, i can;t talk about 1996-2000 because I didn;t have TV LAND. From 2003 to Now, it's been HORRIBLE

I think the programmers at TV Land are going bonkers. What is with all the frantic programming changes? They add a show, it is gone after a week or two. They take a show off, then in a week or so, it airs like 5 or 6 episodes a day. I think they should stop the original programming stuff, most of it is terrible.

I think TV Land should go "On Demand" with cable telelvision companies. That way, you can pull up episodes of a show whenever you want to watch. Like Cartoon Network's Boomerang. The weekend marathons are not good either. If you don't like a show, then you have to go a whole weekend without TV Land. that is bummer.

I am surprised that TV Land hasn't lost a good chunk of its audience over this.

My cable company didn't get TV Land until Dec of 2003. That was when TV Land was going down hill a little bit but the merry thon then was better then it is now and that was also when TV Land had box sets on Sundays which I wish they would bring back. So in my opinion TV Land has been really bad since I got it.
