I'm just curious to know which of these hugely popular websites are the most popular among S.O.e'rs?? Iv'e actually been pondering which one I like better for days, and I honestly can't decide. Both are awesome to me, and I probably spend equal time on both sites. What about you all. Which do you prefer??

I spend all of my excess hours watching Match Game clips on that site...and, occasionally, other videos, too, like John Lennon ones. Right now I'm watching this MG clip, one of my favorites: http://youtube.com/watch?v=WtwDSTtsZx8

I love YouTube! ;)

YouTube is a million times better then myspace. it has...everything. Its also where I watch the majority of MADtv sketches. Myspace used to be fun but now it's boring.

I love both and use them every day. Youtube is probably better when I'm bored though.

I just hope YouTube doesn't change too much, since it was sold to Google. I heard that since Google bought it, they've already taken a bunch of clips down, and so I'm a little worried about what the future holds. I agree with you all though, YouTube is awesome. The guys who created it are a couple wealthy geniuses!!

MySpace. Don't care much about YouTube.

the two kinda go hand in hand. stick a few clips on your profile, like on mine, and boom you got the best of both worlds.

Youtube is better, but I like mySpace too.

I use Youtube more, but I think both are very good websites. I've found some good Bee Gees stuff on Youtube, and I've found videos of some songs I like, so it's fun to download them and listen to them, since I don't have them at home. I found a clip of the last 8 & 1/2 minutes of the Family Ties episode A, My Name is Alex and I watched it last night. I really liked it - I really want to see the rest of the episode.

I like them both equally... I'm usually listening to music videos on YouTube while surfing MySpace!!! :typing:

YouTube seems to have a bigger variety. Then again, I don't really use MySpace's video search feature that much. So, maybe I am just being partial to YouTube since I tend to think of that one more when I want to search videos.

YouTube, for the amazing vidoes
MySpace, because it is addicting and that is where I have my "fan club";)

 Yep, and it's obviously one hell of a fan club. You probably get more comments in a day, then I get in a month. LOL!!

I'm with you!

I perfer YouTube if I'm kinda down or something 'cause I can always find a funny clip to cheer me up, but Myspace is better for connecting with people (although, who knows...they could be lying, creepy, stalkers)

Youtube is okay, but I've kinda lost interest in it. I still like looking on occasion.

I really enjoy working on my Myspace page.

I love YouTube.

It's amazing if I pay attention to my pathetic attempt at a Myspace once every six months.

I hope YouTube doesn't go to crap after Google bought it, like what happened with TV Tome after it was bought and changed to the discracefull TV.com

They did get rid of most of their Daily Show clips. I'm not a fan of that show, so I'm not too upset about that, but I just hope that wasn't a sign of more big changes to come. Overall though, I think they've done a pretty good job at running the site so far.

i don't see the comparison.

The only real comparison is that they're probably the two most popular sites out there today. I was just curious to see which is the most popular here.

Well wait until they take something off you do like, then you may.
It's gonna happen. It's already happening with myspace being sued for copyright infringement by the music industry.

To me, comparing those 2 is like comparing apples and oranges. They're so different. I picked that I like them both equally. If you were comparing YouTube and iFilm- 2 sites that are mainly for watching videos- that would be different.

Exactly, it's gonna happen too, and that'll suck. I'm trying to get all I can out of it now while it lasts.

I'm actually not comparing anything, I'm simply asking which one people like better. LOL!! Don't know where everyone's getting this idea that I'm comparing the two. I'm just asking a simple question.

I think its kinda implied when you ask what you like better, its a comparison. That's what threw me off. Like if I said what do you like better, Steak or Ferrari's.

As I already stated twice before, I brought this up because these are the two most popular websites I know of, and I'm just curious as to which one is more popular. That's all. Once again, nothing to do with comparisons.

I understand that, but I am just telling you why people are thinking you are comparing the two.

the daily show clip removal could always just be because Comedy Central threatned to sue unless they took the clips down or something.

Exactly his point, it's started. Now more and more copyrighted content will start disappearing.

i dont know, it's been that way for a while...just because one show got things taken down doesnt mean they ALL will.
