Thirteen-year-old actress Miley Cyrus knew her kids TV show "Hannah Montana" had hit the big time when she went shopping at the mall with her mother and got mobbed by fans.
"They had to shut the doors until everyone would go away," the daughter of country rocker Billy Ray Cyrus recalled earlier this year.
She shouldn't have that problem this Halloween, however. With the Disney Channel advising trick-or-treaters on how to dress up like her character, Cyrus will have some cover.
"There's been such a huge request for a 'Hannah' Halloween costume that we're letting kids know how can they put one together themselves," said Disney vice president Adam Sanderson.
"The signature item is that honey blonde wig," Sanderson said. "That and the right pair of sunglasses, a pair that say rock star."
From there it's pretty simple: jeans, boots and a rhinestone jacket or scarf.
"And you've got to have a pen to sign autographs because you're a rock star, after all," Sanderson quipped.
