A desperate one? LOL!! Anyway, she should take her daughter to Disney's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party. They give candy to everyone. Heck we went there last year and my husband and I were standing back so that my son could get candy. The people that were handing out the candy said to us "Here! You need some candy too!!" We tried to refuse but they wouldn't let us!! LOL!!
