TV Guide, a US institution since 1953, that launched a separate Canadian edition in 1976, is now about to undergo serious changes. The Nov. 26 Canadian issue will be the last printed version of the magazine. From then on, all future editions will be published online at www.tvguide.ca . It's not known yet whether the US version will follow, but at the moment things don't look good. With the growing popularity of the Internet, the editors must have felt that the print version was becoming obsolete, something that would have been unthinkable as recently as a decade ago in the heyday of "Must See TV".
