Toe Nail clippers vs Toe Nail Scissors??? the battle rages on!

i HATE toe nail scissors-- you know the rounded scissors that elderly people tend to like to cut toenails with
but my wife likes them

i prefer toe nail clippers

I always use toe nail clippers. You could make too many mistakes with the scissors. :lol:

FOR THOSE WHO DON'T frequent the trading post----

a few months ago I was doing some weed wacking use the weed eater---- WEARING FLIP FLOPS

like an idiot

of couse, i didnt pay attention and cut my foot all to hell, and had a nasty, bloody, painful mess, had to go to emergency room--- and explain to them what i did

it was awful, i saw the cuts hit my foot over and over and about 10 seconds later little lines of blood formed all over, and kept bleeding and bleeding and bleeding

i still have scars

BUT i didnt actually hit my toes so i dont know if id like that better than toe nail clippers

maybe i should go out to the shed right now and try that and see????

Scissors??? :eek: I didn't know that some people actually use scissors to cut their toenails. I would think that using scissors would be dangerous.


My mother used to on us as kids. I absolutely hated it! It felt like she was trying to take the hedge shears to us - especially with toenails!

Clippers all the way. Although some people I've seen could use a chainsaw.
