I don't know the names right now, but it is the case that crystal dawn uses as a picture. Wait I think her name was Dotty and she was an agoraphobic woman who went missing. I love the part where her husband says that since she went missing, his life has been so much better and that life with her was hell. Sorry but I laugh everytime I hear him say that.

I don't know about you, but it makes me think he had some sort of doing with engineering her disappearance.

Glad you're enjoying my avatar... The names are Jule and Dottie Caylor. Yes I can't stand that sleaze Jule which is why I thought it would be funny if he was on my avatar. No doubt in my mind he killed Dottie.

I noticed that too. When I first saw the episode, I remember looking at his eyes and wondering if he was partially blind or had a glass eye or something.

Yeah his eyes are creepy. Wait his voice is creepy too and the way he speaks very slowly freaks me out. I must say I would probably hate to live with Dottie as well. I would need my own secret support group.

Jules Caylor the most unconvincing performance on UM ever, his appearance ranks up there with Chad Noe, although the Noe clan with B-n-M Grandma Noe probably takes the cake.

"Yeah I might have said i killed her or whatever in one of my drunken tirades"
(sic) That comment alone by Chad Noe deserves to get him locked up for life.

Jule, this guy belongs on California's death row at San Quentin. I posted a story before about how he told his neighbor not to move ivy because it would hurt the fence when as it turned out there was a meat cleaver hidden behind the ivy. I bet you he hacked up Dottie's body and threw it all over the place. I doubt he left it on one piece although Jule's land in Oregon should be searched. But unfortunatly until he dies they probably wont be able to get to it. I know this guy did it and I think if the cops ever found Dottie's body, Jule would be arrested shortly thereafter.

Its a case UM profiled (never shown on Lifetime though) of Roxanne Jeeves and her son Kristopher. They were both murdered near Christmas on Kristopher's 5th birthday unfortunately. They're killer was arrested many years after the crime and was recently convicted thankfully.

That was the case that had two composites of a couple (black man with funny hat, shades, and gloves) and a white woman with long hair and crazy bloodshot eyes, right? They caught those people? When did this happen?
I think I read a true crime paperback in the late 80s or early 90s that had that case in it. The title of it escapes me, but it had a black cover and some potrait photos of victims of unsolved homicides.

Yes thats the case. It happened December 23, 1981. As far as the book the story is profiled in I have it also and its titled "Murderers Among Us" by Stephen Michaud & Hugh Aynesworth. Its a good book and those authors also have another book profiling unsolved murders titled "Wanted for Murder" in case anyone is interested.
Jule was a pretty strange guy, but did anyone catch a look of their dog in that family picture? That was one scary-looking dog, imo!

In the commentary of Monica Rizzo on the Bizarre Murders set, it mentions this about Jule Caylor and what he said about his wife. Cosgrove says Caylor's lawyer, who wasn't on camera, was beside Caylor telling him to basically shut up.

I need to pick up that book sometime. It had some interesting cases featured in there. The second one sounds good too.

Yes there are several cases in both of those books that were profiled on UM and they have some additional info in them that UM left out.
