My computer can't shut down or log off anymore. I'm also getting more pop-up ads than usual. I've run McAfee VirusScan about twice everyday and when it's finished it says that it hasn't found any infected files. BUT...a separate window shows up saying that it has found a Trojan and that it has been cleaned. Yet when I start the computer again (Manually, since I can't properly shut it down anymore), it shows that the Trojan is STILL there. And that window pops up twice in a row. TF gave me a link to a "FixVundo" tool from Symantec and I ran the program. It didn't find the Trojan, but it did find about ten other infected files and about five PUPs. However, it couldn't fix my computer either. :( What should I do?
