I saw this film on Tuesday night, and although there were a few scenes that I thought were pretty funny, all in all, I thought it was kind of lame. I liked the first one much better because they did more practical jokes on unsuspecting victims, like random people on the street, and of course Phil Margera's dad, but in this one, there was hardly any of that. I know that it would be hard to play practical jokes on random victims now, considering most of the Jackass people (Johnny Knoxville especially) are pretty well known, but still, I think they could have found atleast a few people who didn't know them, and played more practical jokes instead of all the crazy, repetitive stunts. I don't know. The rest of the theatre seemed to love it, as the laughs from the people were louder than in any other movie I've ever seen in a theatre, but very few of those laughs came from me. So what about you guys. Did you like the new Jackass, or did you think it was lame?? Was it better than the original?? Do you prefer the stunts, or practical jokes more?? I'm curious to hear what you all think.

Um, he made the thread because he wants to know if he was the only one who didn't like it so much, he wanted to know other people's opinions about it. No need to have an attitude about it...

He saw the movie, he has a right to give his opinion on it. I can see if HE DIDN'T SEE IT.

Exactly. And I didn't start this thread simply because I didn't care for this movie, my main point in starting it was to get other people who'd seen it's opinions.

By the way Irene, Roeper, and the guy that played Leon's lover on Roseanne (I forget his name) did give the film two thumbs up. Ebert's been out sick for a couple months, and they've been having various celebrities come in each week to fill in for him.
