i have a question about the first episode two hour parts of the a-team

hey i was watching the very first episode of the a-team this morning on sleathnetwork and i have two questions on the dvd who ever has it was that a two part hour episode on the dvd where they are showing all of the deleted scenes that you do not see on tv land and sleath, and why did the girl who played amy the newspaper reporter leave the show was she fired replace or let go

Melinda Culea was dropped from the show. She had a big part in the pilot - she was like a member of the team. But when the regular series started, her role was reduced. She complained that she wanted more to do. George Peppard (Hannibal) didn't particularly like her, either, so the producers got rid of her. Too bad - the show was strongest when Amy was around.
