One of the more intriguing cases I've seen profiled on UM.
I wonder who he was running from, if indeed someone was chasing him.
And, since he had no connections to the Eastern United States, let-a-lone Knoxville, TN, I think he might've went there just out of paranoia.
Any thoughts are welcome.

I've seen a lot of confusing cases on UM, but this is hands down the most confusing one that I've seen. Nothing that happens in the entire segment makes any sense at all.

Personally, I think he just went to Tennessee out of fear. Either someone WAS following him or he imagined it. Either way, he was running from something or someone that would instill fear in him to go half way accross the country. Yes, a very confusing case, indeed. The question is why?

Yes this was an incredibly strange case. There was no reason for him to be in TN. What I found very creepy was when he didnt have the car key for his car so it had to be towed and then when his body was found the missing car key was found near his body. I have a hard time believing someone could rupture their own stomach. That would take an extremely powerful blow to do that I would think. However it is also obvious if someone was chasing him robbery was not the motive since over 4,000 dollars in cash plus even more money in coins was scattered around the body. Clearly he was running from something either a real person chasing him or an imaginary person chasing him. There are certain things that are just weird. Like how he could have got a round trip ticket that would have been way cheaper but instead he purchased a one way ticket. How originally he was going to fly to Germany but then traded his ticket in for a ticket from I believe Seattle to Washington DC. Then how he got a rental car and started driving back the same way he came. Just highly unusual. There were other weird things like the pants in the position they were in and all kinds of different stuff like that.

My personal opinion is that Blair Adams was completely crackers, basically running from his own shadow.. but then I have no explaination for the strange events leading upto his death or his death itself, really another one I am left scratching my head over. Also correct me if I am wrong, did he not enter the US in the state of Washington, fly over to the East coast of the US and then die trying to go in the general direction of where he entered (West coast)...? I may be wrong as my knowledge of US states surely isnt as good as most of yours.
I guess its cases like these that make this show so good!
