Yeah, I remember that scene... Ed was totally flustered (in character) after getting the kiss from Alice....

I don't remember the exact context, but Ed said that he was going to do something, Alice thought whatever it was was really sweet, so she kissed him... and then Ed kind of fumbled around and said "... and further more..", then pausing, and trying to think of something else to say in order to get another kiss from her...

Ed decided not to take the job Ralph's boss offered him. Ed knew how Ralph felt so he declined it and Alice was so grateful she gave Ed a kiss. Ralph should've went up to Trixie and smooched her...:kiss: Would've been funny.:nod:
