Is there any user's on this site that get on your nerves by posting things???

"The date of the attack: 9/11 - 9 + 1 + 1 = 11 September 11th is
the 254th day of the year: 2 + 5 + 4 = 11. After September 11th
there are 111 days left to the end of the year. 119 is the area

Yes, there are a few people who bother me, but I'm not saying any names.

In my opinion, starting a thread like this can cause serious problems.
Of course there are certain people that annoy everyone BUT to mention names and start a thread like this will only make matters worse.
Peace.

Precisely. Besides, I think everyone gets annoyed with someone once in a while.

Some people do, yeah. It really annoys me when people shorten words up, like u or r. (No offense to anyone that does that. It just annoys me sometimes..) I mean, you ever notice how much easier it is to read english then that.. erm, whatever you call it version.

Let's turn this topic around so we won't hurt anybody's feelings on the board. Tell about a person that you know that doesn't visit this board that annoys you. Don't worry about stating a name.
"Mrs. Annoying"- I have this teacher that just gets on my nerves so bad. Her voice makes the sounds of fingernails on a blackboard sound comforting. It seems she is always in the back of the room (where I sit) when she yells at the class. She used to teach in middle school, and on Friday's she makes us line up at the door and put the chairs on the tables. I haven't lined up since elementary school, so I don't know where the hell this teacher has been at. The bad news is that I have the same teacher for a different class next semester. I am hoping and praying I get out of that class or I will pull my hair out.

Anthony Starke
Tim McGraw
Jonathan Crombie
Lumpy: Did you go out for anything, Dud?
Dudley: Well, I went out for football, but I got my finger stepped on, so my mother made me quit.
Eddie: Well listen-- I went out for basketball and I got my hair pulled, and my mother made ME quit.
Dudley: It's not that I was afraid of getting hurt or anything; it's just that-- well, it's kind o' hard to play the flute with a busted finger.
[Eddie and Lumpy suppress laughter]

No, but you seem to be relatively mean and rude sometimes.

The only people I really get annoyed with here are the ones who think the world will come to an end if someone doesn't like their favorite TV show/actor/etc. I just ignore them though. There seems to be a lot of really nice people around here.

(I mean I must have said 10 words to her in the past 10 months) I have a lot of family problems if you get my point http://www.sitcomsonline.com/ubb/crying.gif

Don't worry Lisa Whelchel Forever, I have seen many of your posts (though I'm sure not all) and I don't think I've ever seen one that seemed mean. You seem to not mind defending your opinion, which is an admirable trait that unfortunately may come across as meanness or b*tchyness to some people. And well you know the old double standard....any woman who stands up for her opinion is a b*tch. I'm sure most people here are enlightened enough to not think that, but some people fall victim to this kind of reasoning occasionally, not even necessarily through any fault of their own...it's so engrained in our culture (though less so now) that people sometimes think that almost unconsciously.
Everyone should remember that everyone has a bad day once in awhile, so if a generally nice person says something "mean" only once or twice, just chalk it up to they may be having a bad day.
Also, remember since this is an online forum we don't have the benefit of facial expressions, vocal inflections, and body language, all things we use in the real world to judge what a person is saying and how they are saying it.

Right. That's why I said: "seem". I don't necessarily mean you personally are a mean individual.

oh so now your saying I SEEM like a mean person? Thanks, that really makes me feel great. I'm sorry, but yes now I am being mean because I only asked if everyone hated me talking about Lisa Whelchel, not if I was mean or not. So if anyone else has anything to say about me, please, feel free to step right up!!!!!

Okay, I'm going to drop this because it's obvious you're going to twist up everything I say so that it sounds bad.

Bluestone didn't mean it that way, you know. He was refering to other posts in the past that might of not shed you in a 'positive' light', that's all. I'm sure most of us has had some 'bad days', as you like to call them.

Or how about anyone that tells you your opinion is wrong. Like I could say, I really like so and so on whatever show and they attack you like that's the dumbest thing you could ever think in the world. Opinions are not wrong; that's why they call them opinions, not fact.
Tonicap: Please, enough with the date sig.
Bootsy: You're very astute.
Jenny: Good attempt at a well done diversion.
Lisa W.: You're not a bitch and you know it. Or we do.
Bluestone: Wrong side of the bed this morning?
Wren: Peace! That's good advise.
Wren again: Alan Thicke is such an easy target.
