They have just confirmed the 5 Fireman have been found alive. The rescue workers uncovered the roof of a car and kept digging. They got the doors unburried and opened it up to find the 5 of them inside the suburban. 3 were able to walk away, and the other 2 needed help, but they are alive.

A day that will never be forgotten because WE will not let it be forgotten.
Our thoughts and prayers are with all of the friends and families involved in these horrendous acts against humanity. They will NEVER be forgotten. We will NOT let the terrorists cause terror all across our great nation. We will continue, and we WILL survive.

To those that lost their lives September 11, 2001: Vaya con Dios!

They just can't have any good news without bad news. They are now saying that the Millenium building is about to collapse.

They are also now saying that 2 of the firefighters were not found alive. They were apparantly holding onto each other.

Every station is saying completely different things at the moment. I've heard tons of different stories on who was rescued. I heard that 5 people were found in an SUV alive. I've heard that they've found 3 firefighters who were buried in the initial collapse, and 2 firefighters that were trapped in the rubble while searching for survivors, as well as two firefighters dead who were were embracing each other. It's all jumbled up and who knows what's true. Two firefighters told either FOX or MSNBC that they only knew of 4 people rescued today.

Also, every channel I've been watching says that One Liberty Plaza is in danger of collapsing, and IF that one collapses, then it will probably cause the Millenium building to collapse. But otherwise, the Millenium building isn't in danger. Of course, this is just what I make of everything that's been thrown at me.

Actually, now I've heard that six people have been rescued. 4 firefighters, a sanitation worker, and a volunteer.
