Hmmm. What else do I like...I dunno. I like to get on here...obviously. And I like to watch TV. I have recently been trying to get in better shape.lol. I'm not fat, but i just need to be in better condition. My PE Coach is well...persistant on that so i figure why not cooperate?lol. I gotta run a mile and that kinda stuff. Coach Kilgore killed me Thursday with push-ups and pull-ups. You dont even want to know how sore i am right now.

I cant think of anything else really. Tell me a little about yourself.

OK. Running is rather complicated. There may be other ways of doing it. But here's what I know. First, you shouldn't eat just before running. But you need water. Lots of it! Before you do any kind of physical exercise it is important to stretch to warm-up. Obviously,it won't help you to get cramps. While running it is imperative that you concentrate on your breathing. You don't what to have to stop too soon. I don't really know how to help you with that. The best I can say is keep breathing or you'll have to stop. Also, you have to pace yourself at first. I've hurt myself quite a few times because I ran to fast in the beginning. When you stop you should stretch again to cool-off. Then you can drink.

Push-ups are my personal favorite. I'm sure you know how to do them. But I've heard girls are supposed to do them differently than men. And I don't know how your coach wants you to do it. So I'll only do my best.

If you master push-ups then you should be able to do pull-ups but I can barley them so don't feel bad if you can't.

Another thing, remember I told you to pace yourself? You better remember that!Ha! Ha! Just kidding. Anyway, in case you don't know what that means, the way you do that is you start out walking. Then you can jog. Then you can run. If you get tired you walk. Then you start to run again. It's not as easy as it sounds. I don't think I have ever run a mile yet. Just do your best until your lungs get used to speed.


Fitness is fitness. Maybe you could get a rowing machine(I know Jo used one once) or a stationary bike. Or a bike bike. Bicycles are good for people who don't like to run. And if you know how to swim that is good too. The point is to get your body strong. Then you should be able to run.

Thanx Max that was a big help. My coach wont except girl push-ups so we have to do them like you guys. Thats ok though. I really need to go to the track on the weekends and practice.
