1. The Hulk (Islands of Adventure; Orlando, Florida)
2. Batman (Great Adventure (Six Flags-NJ))
3. Loch Ness Monster (Busch Gardens, Virginia)
4. Aerosmith's Rockin' Roller Coaster (MGM; Orlando, Florida)
5. Alpen Geist (Busch Gardens, Virginia)
6. The Viper (Great Adventure, NJ) I believe this one was torn down, but I loved it when it was around, and I felt the need to thrown it in there.
7. You also have to have much love for a classic like Space Mountain (Magic Kingdom; Kissimmee, Florida)
Now, I'm a HUGE fan of roller coasters, but my favorite rides are probably Splash Mountain (Magic Kingdom; Kissimmee, Florida) and of course, my all time favorite: The Haunted Mansion (Magic Kingdom; Kissimmee Florida)

Since I've ONLY been to Kings Island (spent all of today there, actually! I rode Drop Zone in the dark, which was cool)... not too many to choose from.
1. The Beast (Come on people, the RACER? It's fun, and I love it, but the Beast is a million times better!)
2. Outer Limits: Flight of Fear
3. The Racer (Backwards, preferably)
4. Adventure Express, I suppose
5. Hmm... I guess Top Gun. Not that fun, though. I probably would be Son of Beast, had it been open today and I would've ridden it. But it was closed.
Does Drop Zone count as a roller coaster? It's not really but it's just as fun...

"I do like the show.... It's fun to do. I like the character of Charity because she's so hopeful. She's never bitter. There's plenty of things that happen to her that could make her bitter. But she always thinks tomorrow's going to be beautiful. And someday it will be."
- Gwen Verdon
"The advertisements for the show say 'Gwen Verdon as Sweet Charity.' Note that as 'as.' Not 'starring in' or just plain 'in' or even 'in the new musical,' but 'as.' She is that girl. She is Sweet Charity and forever will be."

You say "c'mon people the Racer?" and then you list Adventure Express? To each his own, but Adventure Express sucks, IMHO. The Racer is a classic. Anyhoo, I don't know if Drop Zone counts as a coaster. I guess it's a "thrill ride". I love it though, but nothing can top your first ride on it, when they leave you hanging up there and you have no idea when you are gonna drop....

Let me rephrase what I said.(Meaning what I had in this post before I edited it, not my previous post) We don't really make FUN of the people riding Adventure Express (those who think it's really scary and, for some reason, has more thrills than the Beast), we just look at each other and laugh because we know that when we used to be that way too.
Anyway, reason I put Advenure Express on my list... excluding the two coasters I've ridden in kiddieland... I've ridden 6 roller coasters. I really only love 3 of them. (The first three on my list). I'll ride 4 and 5 because they're short lines and they cool you off for a bit. The sixth roller coaster I've ridden is Vortex. It freaks me out. Too many loops and corkscrews for my taste (I don't know how many Outer Limits has but since it's indoors I don't seem to care as much). I really don't like that ride, and avoid it. So there's really only 5 roller coasters I ride. So when asked my top 5, those are it. (For the record, I WANT to ride Son of Beast, but every time I feel like it it's closed. I have no intention of riding Face/Off. And King Cobra is a maybe.)

Son of Beast is awesome, if you like the Beast I'm sure you'll love it. I am not a big fan of Vortex either. It is too jerky for me, I prefer a smoother ride.
Maybe someday, try King Cobra and Face/Off. They are both great rides. King Cobra is nothing, really, compared to Vortex, in my opinion at least. It's fast and fun and hardly ever has a big line. Face/Off is *great*, but it even scared me, and I almost never get scared on coaster anymore.

Hmmm...
1)Giant Dipper- Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk. It's a classic ride. I swear, my friends and I went on that 10 times strait, and never tired of it.
2)Top Gun- Great America- San Jose, California. Okay, this rollercoaster holds a special place in my heart because it was the first 'big' rollercoaster I ever went on. Plus, it just kicks ass. That first drop is awesome.
3)Space Mountain-Disneyland. Nuff said.
4)Stealth-Great America. So cool.
5)Boomerang-Six Flags Marine World, Vallejo, California(the hoopty town right next to mine). First of all, I rarely go to Six Flags(despite it's location, which is only a five minute drive from here), because frankly, it sucks. I'd rather spend an hour in traffic to go to Great America then go to Marine World. But I must admit Bommerang is one of the funnest rides I've ever been on.

Okay, a new list. Yesterday I went to KI again and rode all the rides (including Vortex, where the bar that goes over your head jiggles so I thought I was going to fall out).
1. The Beast (we were on the very last ride they gave it, and there were only 3 other people. It was awesome. We saw the end of the fireworks)
2. Outer Limits: Flight of Fear
3. Son of Beast
4. The Racers
5. Face/Off
Don't ask why I like Face/Off and not King Cobra... I don't know why...

The Vortex, Chang, T2, Flight of fear, The Beast, The Hellavator it's a ride where they take you like 200 ft and drop you going like 70 miles an hour, Magnum XL 200, and The Racers.
