I wish it was winter...

It's so hot,I've wasted the summer trying to persuade my Mom to let me work at the horse ranch for the summer. I'm tired of the mosquitos and can't stand not having Facts of Life on anymore. The only good thing that happened this whole summer was the torrential rain we had this month.

Nothing is left of the summer. It's time for winter!

I'm agreeing with you Max because I moved in to my dorm room today and the idiots at physical plant who painted the windows in my room this summer PAINTED THEM SHUT!!! Needless to say, physical plant will get a nice phone call tomorrow morning since I'm roasting and my 1 1/2 fans are just not cutting it.

I like Summer. Winter's OK at times. It's just a reminder that I have to soon climb a 50 foot ladder to hang the Christmas lights! I do my entire house like the one on Christmas Vacation--needless to say, it takes about a month.

But Summer in NY has not been a great summer. No big heat waves to report--no tropical systems(I'm a weather freak and I like tracking them. I like to see them go out to sea after tracking it though.)

I LOVE WINTER!!! I love snow, and hoildays, and vacation...its great! I love going up to Vermount and snowboarding with my friends(great fun) and drinking steaming glasses of hot chocolate..and of course playing hockey...i also like fall because its cooler and u can wear your pants you bought for back to school and u wont be sooo hot..ya and halloween

I can't wait until winter. I am so SICK of having allergies. I have allergies in Spring, Summer and Fall. I CANNOT wait until you walk outside and all there is is snow...plus in winter, we go SKIING!!! and we always get alot of snow days (plus, this winter is supposed to be really bad!) http://www.sitcomsonline.com/ubb/smile.gif

I hate winter. The winter here is so unpridictable. It will be freezing at like 50 degree's in the morning(theat's cold for l.a.) then end up being 80 degree's by noon, so ur stuck wearing like this big snow jacket. Then when it rains it rains for days and I end up getting sick then a week later we'll have a heat wave. I like the summer when we just have pure hot wheather or a tropical storm.

I can't believe that people like the winter. I thought I was the only one. I love the winter and Fall and I like spring too but I hate when it gets real hot. Anything past 80 degrees I don't like so much. I really hate the Summer. The only reason I like it is because I get summer vacation, no school! Bugs come out and bite you and it gets real hot. My favorite season is Fall. The leaves change colors and the trees look so pretty that's what makes me want to go back to school, the change in the season to Fall I really love the Fall!! Here are my favorite seasons in order:

1. Fall- The lovely colors of the leaves.

2. Winter- The wonderful snow, and the holiday season, Christmas my favorite holiday!

3. Spring - I love the flowers that come out.

4. Summer - Love summer for being off school and some great summer days and that's it.

I use to love summer untill I started at the job I'm at now. It's a factory that doesn't have airconditioning. The vents don't work very well. The only way to cool off at work when it's hot is to take a break and get directly in front of a fan. I get very hot. I have got sick from the heat many times. I am definately ready for winter.
