After hearing some singles from upcoming albums on radios, I have decided to write how they "live".............;)
Stage 1.They are first released, and they are played VERY little, very seldom, and often only one station plays that song. Lots of people are unfamiliar with the song.
Stage 2. More and more stations play the song about 100 times a day. ;) Everybody knows the song now, and it shoots up to Billboard Top 100, Number one or number 2.
Stage 3. People are annoyed by the song now and beg radio DJ's to stop playing that song as much.
Stage 4.Radio DJ's play the song WAY less than Stage 2 and 3, and only play it five times a day.
Stage 5.Radio DJ's play the song only onceor twice a day.
Stage 6. They don't play the song for five months, and then they usher the song back in, playing it once every month. People welcome the single with open arms(ears) as they have been missing the song and don't mind jamming to it again.
.
Disclaimer: "The Life of singles" sometimes applies to newbie artists like Chris Brown and Jesse McCartney, and not well established, well known artists such as Janet jackson or Madonna......................;) :p
