So what's gonna replace the DK line-up on Saturday Mornings on NBC this fall?

Smart Kids Block or something. It will also be on Teleumundo and i network.

Do you know if shows like Flight 29 Down will continue on DK channel (non-NBC)?

I think they will, though I'm not 100%.

I think Discovery Kids Channel wanted this, that way DKC can premiere the episodes of the shows they have first, not having to wait until NBC shows them. All-in-all, DK wants to build up its own network with original programming and their own original premieres.
