This one poped into my head as I was watching Little House this morning,...Who is the best TV Dr Leonard "Bones"MCcoy from Star Trek or Doc Baker,......Sure Bones had the advantage due to science advancements but if it came down to having to be treated by one without fancy equipment who would you pick and why?

well, for westerns I'd say Doc Adams from "Gunsmoke", for a futuristic one Dr. Beverly Crusher from "Star Trek: The Next Generation"; for a contemperary one; Dr. John Becker from "Becker".
