If you've got the dvd for season 1 and you saw the episode tonight, you know that the scene at the end of the dvd was used at the beginning of the episode in syndication. That's the part where Doug and Arthur are making all kinds of eating noises and when Doug burps, Carrie gets up and leaves. But in the dvd, it starts with Doug showing Stanley their dog how to use the flap in the door to get out of the house.

Granted, it's to eliminate minutes from the show so they can air more commercials, but why re-arrange the end of the show to the beginning?

Hmmmm!

Yeah, I've noticed that as well. Maybe they thought the one where Arthur and Doug are eating and drinking loudly, was funnier than Stanley and his doggie door? It'd be interesting to see what their rationale was behind this decision?
