You have to find out why and how he died. You can ask yes or no questions only.

Two identical twin brothers went to a restaurant together. They ordered the exact same food and the exact same drink. They are identical in every way. One of them died and one did not. Why?

Becuase they don't have any teeth and one choked on a french fry.... Hey, it could happen...

------------------
On April 24, 2008 Kaley and I are going too meet in LA, and hancuff ourselfs too Nancy McKeons car, or better yet her! And your not! Were also gonna find Jay Harrington too.

Teddy: Be honest with me, not my parents!
Jinny: All right, fine. You want honesty? Why don't you let me tell you a little bit about my family? See, I never really had a birthday party unless you wanna count my 15th, when my father showed up for cake, plastered in his underwear! Oh, yeah, by the way, my mom couldn't make it that year either because, well, sadly, six months earlier she blew her brains out!!!!!
Teddy: Jinny, my God.
Jinny: As for my brother, uh yeah, John... see, he just doesn't like you unless your American, white, and straight! and for me, a few weeks ago when I had that nut case after me... yeah, I had to make a little list, of all the guys that I've slept with in the last two years. I couldn't remember some of their names.
Teddy:Stop! What are you...
Jinny: Ya know what? This is who I am, THIS IS MY FAMILY!!!! Come on, it's your turn. You go ahead, flash that all-American, prep school, choir boy smile and you tell me that it doesn't matter! *long pause* Yeah... Thats what I thought.

You have solved part of the question. He was poisoned. Actually they both were. Now you have to find out how they were poisoned and why only one died.

It's all very simple actually... They were food poisioned and one of them died because he was allergic to something in the food that he didn't know was in it.

*shrugs* you never know with these things...

Ok, so basically.... there's these identical twins, and they both ate the same food, which was apparently poisoned, and one dies, but the other didn't?

My initial guess (that is, before more information was divulged) was that one brother ate first, keeled over, and the other said, "Screw this, I'm not eating now."

But, since now it appears that that both ingested the poison and one died but the other didn't, my guess is this...the one that did not die spent years building up an immunity to the poison, and had a cook friend at this restaurant who prepared both meals. However, he could not simply put the poison in just one dish, for how was the waiter (or the evil twin) to know where the poison was hidden? So, to be safe, he told the equally as evil cook to poison both meals. Having known this day would come, he was all the while building his immunity so the poison would not affect him in any way.

Yes, it makes sense...just think about it. http://www.sitcomsonline.com/ubb/smile.gif

Ok, you said we could ask "yes or no" questions, so here are some questions for you.

Did only one of the brothers receive medical treatment for the poisoning?

Were the brothers poisoned with the same poison?

If yes, were the brothers poisoned with the same dose of that poison?

Okay when you say both were poisoned do u mean both brothers food or drink was poisoned or that both brothers actually had poison in them becuz like say if only the drink was poisoned and only one brother drank the drink and the other brother just had the food so far than ya know that could be why only one of them died? okay that probably made no sense but i thought id see.

1. Was everything the food and drink were in or touched identical?

2. Did food or drink react with a container or utensil and create a poison?

Sort of. You are on the right track here. The poison was not triggered by which they did first, but that did play into the picture.

I got it! The food was what was poisoned. One guy ate the food first, then drank the drink, and somehow the drink stopped the poison from being deadly... the other drank then drink then ate the food... so... died... okay maybe not.

You are pretty close here, but not quite. Keep thinking about where the poison could be. Figure that out and you can figure the rest out.

This time I REALLY got it! The ICE CUBES were poisoned! And one brother drank his drink before the ice cubes melted and didn't get as much poison and... the other guy drank his drink after the ice had melted so drank the poison.

Or, I forget whether or not you said they each got the same amount of poison so... one brother just ate his ice and that didn't have the same fatal effect as it did on the brother who drank the melted ice.

And if THAT'S not it... then... I have a question. Was the brother who didn't die affected at all? Did he just not react or was he really sick and just didn't die?

Yes the poison was in the Ice Cubes. One brother drank his dronk quickly and so he did not get any poison because the cubes did not melt. The other brother drank his slowly and the ice melted so he injested the poison.
