I just found out that TV Land is planning to acquire the broadcast rights to Star Trek in November. The only question is which Star Trek are they referring to? Star Trek: The Original Series or Star Trek: The Next Generation? As far as I know, Star Trek: The Original Series (a.k.a. Star Trek Uncut and Star Trek 2.0) is on the G4 channel and Star Trek: The Next Generation is not only airing on G4; it's also airing on Spike TV along with Star Trek: Deep Space Nine. Could you please tell me which Star Trek TV Land is referring to? I am very confused about this. Please let me know what you think. I would appreciate this a lot. This is very important. Live long and prosper.

It will be original (1966-1969).

It will also continue to air on G4. TV LAND will share the rights with them.

I may be an hour or so off one way or another, but IIRC, The G4 rights will be from 6 AM to 6 PM (ET), while TV Land (wonder if this extends to all other viacom nets, say...Spike?) has rights from 6p to 6a.
