The GED-Anyone ever taken it or know someone who has?

Well, I think I've finally decided on my future. I got a HUGE GED book today and I hope to study for a few weeks, take the test, and then go to a local community college starting in Mid-August. I haven't gone to school in most of the last 4 years(long story), so I'm extremely nervous about everything. I'll be 18 in 2 1/2 weeks and would have been a senior this past year...

Oooh yes on multiple occasions. I always pass with flying colors, but I always get so worried and tensed up.

There are several at my school who are working towards a GED. It annoys me because my cousin went from the 7th grade to the 11th grade in one year because of it, but hey, as long as I graduate with honors, I'm fine.
