The song is torn between 2 lovers by mary mcgregor, I was wondering if this was a one hit wonder as I dont recall mary doing anything else that was a hit. I do remember her saying in an interview that she got a lot of hate mail from men because of that song but she got some nice mail from woman stating that she was very brave to sing a song like that.

Depends on how you classify a one hit wonder. Torn Between Two Lovers hit #1 the week of Feb. 5th 1977. Her only other top 40 hit was Good Friend from the movie Meatballs, peaking at #39 in late summer 1979.
