Sorry I didn't think of this sooner, but I'll use this thread to post what shows are available as free downloads on iTunes. They often have free downloads of the first episodes of series. In recent weeks they've had episodes of Kyle XY, Beyond The Break, Dog Bites Man and other shows free. You can watch the episode on your pc or transfer it to your video iPod.

The latest free episode is the premiere of Blade - The Series.

The latest free iTunes downloads are an episode of the FX show 30 Days, the pilot of the SciFi Channel's Who Wants To Be A Superhero, and the Bravo show Tabloid Wars. There's another Bravo show called Workout that has one free episode download, and the pilot for USA's Psych is still free. Also available (for $1.99) is the pilot of Aquaman.

The latest, free on iTunes: the pilot episode of the ABC Family series Three Moons Over Milford and episode #9 of the Soapnet series I Wanna Be A Soapstar season 3.

For a limited time, the season finales of Desperate Housewives, Grey's Anatomy and Lost are available as free downloads on iTunes, along with recap episodes of each.
