Are you???

I am, it's so weird. My boyfriend almost dumped me when I beat him five times in a row 1 on 1 basketball! It was SOOOO funny!

I'm also the only girl in my school who plays football with the guys.

Is anyone else like me?

Ha! Ha! Men are weird! I on the other hand am not weird. I like tomboys. Probably because my first crush was on one. And I don't mind losing at Basketball. Mainly because I'm so used to it.

Yes, I have been my whole life, although I sort have femmed up in recent years, but I am still somewhat tomboyish.

Don't worry about boyfriends who get jealous of you over basketball. Men are stupid that way. Trust me when I tell you this - one day guys will find the fact that you can beat them in basketball very attractive. When I was single, I used to be into riding my motorcycle and playing baseball, and trust me, I had no shortage of boyfriends. As they mature, they find a woman who has similar interests very appealing!

You don't have to be gay to be a tomboy.

Yeah sooooooooo...I love basketball and I'm into motorcross. I'm considered very weird at my school...at least by the girls. But of course my parents won't let me get a bike (for motorcross) because they don't want me to kill myself.

I'm such a tomboy. I hate dressing up I wear a lot of sports wear and I hate going shopping, I love to go fishing and hunting with my dad, riding around on my 4-wheeler & I love watching football and playing it with my friends. I also have a bunch of guy friends.

I still am in some ways. I like to play and watch all sports except football but then I like to wear dresses and I like to shop. So I'm like 50/50 i guess.

I am a total tomboy. Like JoPol_wannabe, I hate shopping and dressing up. I would rather play basketball or baseball with my dad.

Yep. I've grown out of it some in the past few years, but I'm still the biggest baseball fan you'll ever meet, and my idea of the perfect day is playing sports all day long...

I so am. I can't stand dressing up and I think any event where you need to should be abolished. I'm basing my career goals on not having to dress up for work, among other things. I think I may have worn jeans every single day of high school. I'll play just about any sport out there. Played basketball in college (even set many school records, and one NCAA one) and played softball (though I'm not really as good at that) I love street hockey, surfing, skiing, all kinds of outdoor/watersports. Now all I have to do is find aI'm jealous of all of you with motorcycles, i SO want one of those. Though I don't want to worry my parents too much because they don't like them. It's great to see there are so many of us out there though.

I sure was. In elementary school was when I was totally tomboy. I played softball, and played basketball with the guys during recess. I even dressed up as Jason Voorhies one Halloween. Fifth grade was when I sort of started changing . But I still played softball in league. After I quit softball, I went strait to Skateboarding. For three years, I was known as the "Skate Chick" or in my town. I guess that's when guys started noticing me more than just " a good buddy." And I was certainly fine with that.
Now I still go out and skate once in awile, or play a pick up game of basketball.
And shopping isn't hell to me anymore. http://www.sitcomsonline.com/ubb/wink.gif

Teddy: You all set for tomorrow night?
Jinny: I have my bullet proof vest polished if that's what you mean.
Teddy: Come on, Jinny.
Jinny: Oh, yes. Actually... I bought a dress.
Teddy: You did?
Jinny: There is no guarantee, however, that I am going to wear it.
Teddy: So, uh... I don't know. What else did you buy?
Jinny: How do you know I bought you anything for your birthday? Maybe I plan on knitting you a sweater or... give you something much more organic.
Teddy: Well, you do give good organic.

Teddy: What's this dress look like anyway?
Jinny: Oh, yeah, OK. Low cut, skin tight, animal print, ruffle at the bottom. Don't you have lawyering to do?

Teddy: Be honest with me, not my parents!
Jinny: All right, fine. You want honesty? Why don't you let me tell you a little bit about my family? See, I never really had a birthday party unless you wanna count my 15th, when my father showed up for cake, plastered in his underwear! Oh... yeah, by the way, my mom couldn't make it that year either because, well, sadly, six months earlier she blew her brains out!!!!!
Teddy: Jinny, my God.
Jinny: As for my brother, ugh... yeah, John... see, he just doesn't like you unless your American, white, and straight... and for me, a few weeks ago when I had that nut case after me... yeah, I had to make a little list, of all the guys that I've slept with in the last two years. I couldn't remember some of their names.
Teddy: Stop.
Jinny: Ya know what? This is who I am, this is my family!!!! Come on, it's your turn. Go ahead, flash that all-American, prep school, choir boy smile and you tell me that it doesn't matter!...It doesnt change anything...Yea thats what I thought.

I love sports, both playing and watching. I still wear my hair in a ponytail a lot and jeans. Do not mind getting flithy, but I want my shower at the end of the day! Dressing up is ok, even like to on occassion. As for my shopping habits, um, I'm going to be paying a rather large credit card bill when it comes in next month. On my vacation last week I went shopping and got really good at pulling out the plastic!

Same here. And just because you're a tomboy doesn't mean you're gay. And vice versa.

I guess I was a tomboy when I was younger. I wore short hair and almost lived in sweats, jeans/shorts. I used to love to skateboard a lot, too. I hated shopping for clothes. But I femmed up in my 20's. Today, I like being a girlie-girl and dressing up. I like shopping for clothes. But there are days where I still love being in sweats and jeans. I love watching sports. Well, I wear makeup, like shopping, hate sports, but Im not a total girlie girl... Exept it seems everyone wants me too be, when my family takes me shopping they buy me these cute little bright shirts. What ever happened too the simple tank top? Anyway I am a baseball fan, I just dont play. But I hate wearing dresses and stockings!!!! And all that stuff!!! When I go too barmitsfahs I CANT TAKE IT! Looking all dressed up and girly!!! And stocking irritate me eva so! And my lil bro has a motorcycle... I used too ride it but hes 8 im 13, its small, doesnt work anymore... Mom SAID shed buy me one... But changed her mind, and I comprimised with a go-cart AND a quad. I have the go cart already. ANd I NEVER wear skirts... I hate them, you have too be all lady like. SO im half and half... More tomboyish cuz I dont wear all that glitter makeup, when I try I just get a rash anyway. So... Yeah, thats me.
