There's nothing else to do here. You basically have 3 choices. The movies (gets expensive - even the dollar theater.. because it's so far out = gas prices), Skating (gets expensive, plus no one really goes anymore that's in high school and older), and clubbing.. but a lot of clubs here are 21 and older. With the exception of the teen one I go to.. which has a 19 + club attached to it. And that could get expensive to for some. The only free options are hanging out at walmart with friends and Krogers. And people hang out at walmart and Krogers.

i've also been to ALMOST all of NY state. i've been upstate for family (as in like...Rochester upstate, and also around Syracuse), i live in the lower part, and i've been east for family and other crap. i've been to the Buffalo area rarely though, considering it's pretty far from me.

Required courses in the major provide a basic foundation in communications including its history and culture. Core courses include Introduction to Mass Media, Introduction to Communication Theory, Communication Law, Research in Communications, and Senior Seminar, in which students are required to compile a portfolio of their work for evaluation by department faculty. Students select their major courses from five different specialty areas. The specialty areas integrate theory and practice and students gain hands-on skills in content creation and production, as they write and design pieces they will use in their portfolio. The specialty areas are:

* Advertising/Public Relations: Contemporary Advertising, Persuasion and Propaganda, Introduction to Public Relations
* Social Dimensions: Conflict Management, Gender and Communication, Communication and Culture
* Writing: Broadcast News, Magazine Feature Writing, Introduction to Journalism
* Theoretical: Film Arts, Media Ethics, Documentary Film and TV
* Technical: TV Production-Studio, TV Production-Field, Multi-Media Production

I have a piano recital tomorrow and the piano there is all old and the key's are hard to push so I mess up easier. To top if off once I go I won't be done, because she's making me go first AND last. She says I'm her most advanced student and instead of playing two long songs in a row I'll just play one at the beginning and one at the end. I'm going to die.
