Musicians who don't appear how you imagined

Have you ever heard a song on the radio,then later saw the singer on TV,but they don't look how you imagined them to look?

That's happened to me quite a lot when I was growing up.

Here are some examples:

Like A Virgin:Madonna/Envisioned someone who looked somewhat like Christina Applegate.But I imagine we all know what Madonna really looks like.

Everybody's Got To Learn Sometime:The Korgis/Envisioned it to be the voice of a black woman.It's really the voice of a blonde guy.

So Good So Right(To Be With You Tonight):Brenda Russell/Envisioned her to be white with short blonde hair like Anne Murray.She's actually black with a Rastafarian hairdo.

I used to envision Dr.Hook as Peter Pan's famous foe Captain Hook.

Rick Astley-I'm not a fan but hearing 'Never Gonna Give You Up'(I think that's what it's called), then seeing the video on MTV(back when they played videos!!) He was this little guy,

Culture Club:I heard one of their songs on the radio, I think it was "Do You Really Want to Hurt Me", then saw their album cover, thought Boy George was a woman, then saw the video and thought, "OMG, that woman is a man"!!
