Somehow the address bar isn't here where I type in the websites. Anyone know how I get it back?

it may have been squished over if other toolbars have been added or changed, if you hold down Alt and press D it will switch focus to the address bar, if you type in any letter it will open the address bar dropdown history which may make it easier to see. if it is squished over, you can click and drag it by the "handle" (the thin vertical line on the left side of the bar)
if it is not visible at all, click on the View menu, then point to Toolbars, make sure that there is a check mark next to Address Bar, it wont hurt to click on it twice to uncheck and recheck it again
if the Address bar is in the upper right corner and not available, right-click Address, and then click Lock the Toolbar to remove the check mark then try to move it again
if this still doesnt work, click on the Run command on the Start menu, type in REGSVR32 /i BROWSEUI.DLL and click OK. reboot.
last resort would be to delete the registry key:
1. Click Start, click Run, type regedit in the Open box, and then click OK.
2. Locate the following registry key:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Toolbar
3. Right-click the WebBrowser key, click Delete, and then click Yes.
4. Open Internet Explorer, click View, and then point to Toolbars. The toolbar default settings are restored.
