What is this show called?

Hello,

This has been bugging me for close to three years and I was wondering if anyone can help me name this show.

It was a show about a family and the dad was overweight and he had a wife who was popular back in the day and they had a daughter and a son. It was a more recent show, I think. The wife also had two friends that used to come over. The only episode I can clearly remember is where the husband is building a fence and it gets build on his neighbors property line, but it actually was the husbands and it was all a mistake. Sorry I don't know all the details, but any help would be appreciated!

Nope, it wasn't. Thanks anyway. :) It looked like it was shot around 1998 to 2001, I'm not sure, It did look recent.

Could it be Center Of The Universe which had Jean Smart (Designing Women) and John Goodman (Roseanne) and it aired either last year or the year before.

The show was "Daddio" (Michael Chiklis, pre-The Shield) and the episode in question was called "Fence & Sensibility".
