Is this Inappropiate for Police Officers in Public when they are on duty?

I was on my way to work one morning last week and this female poilce officer was looking at me like-"I like what I see and I need you to know that". It was kind of strange because i thought i had fit the description of a bank robber or something but she was checking me out like she wanted to rap. Should police officers have better control of showing who they are attracted to when they are on duty? I just want everyone to know that i would not have a conversation with a female police officer no matter how good she looks if she is in uniform-lol

I don't think it is appropriate but I had that happen to me once. I had an occasion where I had to call the police to my home and one of the officers was very obvious abt how he was hitting on me. Abt two hours later, he came back to my house "to make sure everything was alright"...I ended up dating him for two months.:lol:

I've had police men look at me like that before... Idk... it's probably inappropriate but there's nothing you can do about it besides give them a dirty look or something.

If some guys carjacked an old lady while the officer in question was checking you out, then I guess that would be bad, but as long as no crimes were comitted, then I don't see a problem.
