I hope it isn't season 3. I can see some growth in season 2 but he still seems pretty much like season one. I think he lost his sweet factor when he became awkward and it sapped something from the show.

if you mean when did he become a teenager and the show "jumped the shark" I think that was the 4th season. I saw an episode once where he was talking to one of his friends about seeing the movie SPARTACUS with Kirk Douglas, Tony Curtis and Jean Simmons (GREAT movie!!!) and that came out in 1961, which was either the last half of the 4th season, or the first half of the 5th season.

In my view,

Beaver's awkwarness was just a part of him growing up and begining to adjust to the adult world. Interestingly, I like the Season 5-6 episodes the best because the "cuteness" of some of the earlier seasons starts to drain after a while. Beaver was "more cool" for me in later episodes than earlier ones, because his character was more developed. However, all the seasons are still great!

Although the last season is considered "Shark jumping" (I love the whole series) the absolute best Eddie Haskell episodes, "The Credit Card", etc are from the last season, when he's 18 or thereabouts. Thanks! Christian
