It's been really hot here (around 93 or so), so we were expected to get a thunderstorm in the afternoon. Well, none came, but the weather channel said around where I live it's supposed to be this severe thunderstorm at 8:15 or so. Well, it's 8:00, I'd better get off! All I hope is that it doesn't rain tomorrow 'cuz I'm going swimming all day. I like thunder and lightning... sometimes!

I don't really like Thunder and Lightning.
because i'm bothered by loud noises. It's not stormy now, the sons out and it's in the high 80's and muggy. I love it, I hate winter. We're supposed to get bad weather Sunday though. That's what i heard.

It thuderstomed yesterday night and the other night before and I always get off my computer when it thunder storms. Last night I was on the comp. and I saw a lighting flash next to the window, where I am sitting on the computer and in like a second I got off. It's real dangerous to be on the computer while it's thunderstorming because it could electicute you and also can damage your computer and erase everything on in it. Also yesterday I learned that your computer could be damaged and everything erased from it if it's plugged in. My comp. won't erase everthing when it's plugged out because my dad was repainting the room that my comp. isin and he had to un plug it and everything stayed. I don't know for others if when it gets plugged out it erases but maybe not.

Yeah I fly off the computer when I hear it rumbling in the distance.

Anybody have those weather radios?

I do, it works great, I also have a police scanner that gets the weather station. I bring it to work when I know we're gonna have severe weather.
