I say that this person's making phoney bids. It says they're not a registered user, which means they probably think they won't get in trouble. I feel sorry for all the sellers. It's people like Macgirlash that cost them money--don't they have to pay to put up the auctions?

yeah it does cost to put up auctions. You have one chance if no one bids to relist for free though. There's a chart on there site somewhere how much everything costs.
